Before you start

• Register as a WRFChem user.

• Require knowledge of Linux (basics: bash shell, grep, cut, sed, sort, awk, cat, scp) / FORTRAN (basics) / Python / high-performance computing (HPC, qsub) / NCO / NCL.

• Request account on your local HPC. For those at the University of Leeds visit Advanced Research Computing (ARC) site.
